A SHORT SUMMARY OF REASONS WE ARE NO LONGER RELIGIOUS
The way we see it, the entire Bible instructs us about the need to leave Old/First Covenant religion for New Covenant discipleship. That being the case, there is great risk in simplifying and summarizing why we have left religion. Nevertheless, here is a short list for reader’s consideration:

God is Calling People Out of Religion
Religion is Sin
Religion is the Enemy
Religion is not Faith
Religion is a Stronghold of Wrong Thinking
Religion is Commerce
Religion is Deception.
Religion is Injustice, Slavery, Oppression and Affliction
Religion is the Kingdom of False Prophets
Religion is Idolatry
Because we are the temple of the living God we have no need or desire to go to a particular place at a particular time to worship him.
We worship in spirit and truth 24/7 — not just on Sunday.
We believe that, because God knows our hearts, it is not necessary to go to a particular place at a particular time to worship him.
We believe that our faith is between us and God.
We have no need or desire to seek the praise of men through public religious activity.
We trust that because God’s laws are written on our hearts he is constantly teaching us by his spirit we have no need or desire to be taught by a religious leader.
We believe that God’s concept of the church is the spiritual community of New Covenant disciples — not a building, not a religious organization, and not the aggregation of religious organizations.
